Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous United States)
All orders ship via UPS.
- Direct-to-consumer (DTC) orders: Free UPS Ground shipping to all addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Dealer/distributor orders: Shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping: 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air (overnight) are available for an additional fee, for both DTC and dealer/distributor orders. Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are shipped via UPS at calculated carrier rates, determined at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via UPS. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout and are collected separately by the carrier or customs authority.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with UPS tracking information.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. American Racing Solutions, LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
