By accessing or using this Site, browsing our catalog, creating an account, or placing an order, you (“you” or “the Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site or place an order with us.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. Separate terms specific to warranty coverage, returns, and exchanges are set out in our Warranty & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. ARS is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

ARS designs and manufactures specialty automotive racing parts, including but not limited to billet aluminum belt tensioners and pulleys. We make reasonable efforts to display product images, specifications, and fitment information accurately. However:

•         We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

•         Fitment information is provided as a guide. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a part is correct for their specific vehicle, model year, and configuration prior to purchase and installation.

•         Colors and finishes (such as black anodizing) may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturing variation, lighting, and display settings.

References to vehicle makes, models, or trim names (for example, Ford, GM, Dodge, Mopar, or specific model names) are used solely to describe compatibility and fitment. Such references do not imply that ARS is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the respective vehicle manufacturers, whose trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. ARS reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to:

•         Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or typographical errors, or unavailability of product.

•         Limit order quantities.

•         Correct any pricing or product information errors, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged for the cancelled portion of your order.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor does it confirm our offer to sell. ARS reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of an order confirmation.

Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Orders cancelled by the customer after invoicing are subject to the cancellation terms described in our Warranty & Returns Policy.

ARS ships within the United States and internationally. Shipping costs, carriers, and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are estimates only; ARS is not responsible for carrier delays.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Buyer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Claims for shipping damage must be handled in accordance with our Warranty & Returns Policy.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and product warranty coverage are governed exclusively by our Warranty & Returns Policy, available on the Site. Please review that policy carefully before purchasing, as it includes important limitations on warranty coverage and the procedures required to obtain a return authorization.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and the “American Racing Solutions” name and logo, is the property of ARS or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

Any third-party trademarks, brand names, or logos referenced or displayed on this Site (including those of vehicle manufacturers or component brands) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, vehicle damage, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of this Site or any product purchased through it, even if ARS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any warranty rights expressly granted under our Warranty & Returns Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold ARS harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your use, installation, or operation of any product purchased from ARS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

ARS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
