Our GT500 Racing Belt Tensioner is precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and built specifically for the high-horsepower demands of the supercharged Shelby GT500.

This tensioner features a custom wound 50lb spring, providing significantly increased belt tension for better grip and reduced slip under extreme boost and high RPM conditions compared to the factory tensioner.

**Important Note:** This tensioner is sold with a **63mm 10 Rib Smooth Pulley** which is required for proper clearance when running a 20% oversized damper (common on modified GT500s).
